FREMD FEEDER CODE OF CONDUCT |
We, the players, coaches and parents understand the need for conduct
which stresses
good sportsmanship and behavior by all groups associated with Fremd Feeder
Program.
We all agree that we will do our best to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. The players, coaches and parents are all parts to the success of the Fremd
Feeder Program. We will all work together in order
to make the Fremd Feeder Program a success.
2.We will respect our coach’s decisions understanding that the coaches will
choose to make sound decisions
based upon the good of the team while respecting the individual needs of the
players.
3. We will support and respect our teammates at all times on/off the court.
Parents will encourage their sons to recognize that we are all part of the
total team and every players brings something to the team at all times. Everyone will refrain from negative comments about any players or coaches.
4. All together we will give 110% effort in practices/games,
but always within the rules of the game. Players will make every effort to work at and understand all
plays being taught by the coaches.
5.Sportsmanship and Respect towards the opposing players, coaches
and parents knowing that we are representing Fremd Feeder Program, our
team and ourselves. Parents may be asked to leave games if the referees
involved feel that any individual parent is being overly disruptive.
6. We will respect the referees and their decisions.
7. Parents commit to refrain from “coaching” from the sidelines. This can be
disruptive during a game and when the coach is trying to give directions (the
coach is coaching.) Please encourage and support the coach. Talk to your child
after the game and when they are ready.
8. Parents are a part of the team, important role
models, and critical to a positive experience for all players and other
families. Lets have a positive and enjoyable season.
